I had a double root canal on 1/20/25 took 3.5 hours but some time during was spent on x-rays and the dentist being called away for a few mins. Anyway it went well he took my BP prior to the procedure and it was normal he did give me nonvaccine so I didn't feel anything. Honestly I wasn't nervous. I took my BP once I got home and again it was normal. My Cardiologist said if the BP and Cholesterol are within range then the dilation should not grow. He said both are good so he doesn't see this dilation growing . I do have a 2D Echo done every year just had one in December and all looked good. I am having another CT scan done in August he said if it still looks good then he's calling me stable and then we'll just go with the Echo each year and do the CT scan every two. He also said that for his patients who do not have stable BP they need to be monitored more often. I do feel much less anxious since my original finding in December of 2023. This group helps and a lot of research online helps as well.

It’s great news that you could go ahead with your dental work and your BP was under control the entire time! It was a long appointment but I’m sure that’s a relief to have the RCT out of the way. It’s also really encouraging that your aneurysm is stable!
Did you opt for a removable appliance instead of having an implant?
