Kisqali and Letrozole have heart issues?

DCIS 1a with invasive cells -- Oncotype, score 29. Hope to start Kisqali (ribociclib) 400 mg next week. Also taking Anastrozole. Has anyone taking Kisqali (ribociclib) had problems with tinnitus--either getting it or having existing tinnitus greatly increased?

I’ve had tinnitus for over 50 years. I’ve been taking Kisqali 400 and Letrozole for 4 years now and those meds have had no impact on my tinnitus. Best of luck!
