I have been dealing with high BP for more than 20 yrs no medication help me. I am presently taking Labetalol 400 mg, Nifedipine 30 mg and chlorthalidone still my BP still high . My doctor told me the cause is renal stenosis . What will I do to help bring my BP down.?

Years ago, my Dad had the same issue. He saw a nephrologist who inserted a stent, if I remember correctly, it was in the ureter(?) and allowed the kidney to function normally again. After that he responded normally to routine blood pressure medication. Have you seen a nephrologist?
