I do both at the same time twice a day. If I'm in a flare, I use them three times a day. The neb is usually finished before the vest. After the vest, I use an Acapella to help with the coughing. Hope this is helpful.

Thank you very helpful! Last visit I finally remembered to ask the Dr. she said I should nebulize first then vest. My Aerobika is attached to my nebulizer, so I do them together. I now start nebulizing/Aerobika a couple of sets then I start the vest and finish the nebulizer/aerobika/vest together. I do finish nebulizer before vest because I start with it. My vest session is 15 mins. Otherwise we’d be here all day. lol Thanks for tip if you have flare up, you do 3x a day. Didn’t think of that.
