I’ve had burning feet for years. It seems to mainly be in the evenings now and mostly the ball of my feet and my toes. They turn very red. If I stand and walk a great deal, it also happens. But the evening toe burn shows up even on days when I’ve done very little standing & walking. My issues with this have increased over the years. One thing that offers some relief to me is gel ice boots. Wearing socks, I put the ice packs which are in the shape of short boots, on my feet for 10-15 minutes. You can’t walk in them! I just prop up my feet. If the burning continues, I’ll wait a bit then do it again. It is definitely not a cure but, for me, it does offer some relief. Various foot shaped gel ice packs are available on Amazon.

Hi gladysg.... Sometimes I sit in the shower and spray my hot feet with cold water til they cool down.. helps me get back to sleep after a while.
Have you tried the Neuropathy Frankincense & Myrrh oil yet? That works for me, too...
I used the gel ice booties while in California during the summer.. that and keeping my feet raised up on a stool... Stress and hot weather, plus having to be on my feet too long brings on the hot burning red toes etc..
This is not fun at all.. but we just do whatever we find that eases the pain for a while.. Eases, doesn't make it go away tho...
Shucks!!
