I recently read a research report (one of the authors was Dr. Ben Leder) that stated that Evenity may be less impacted by previous treatment with anti-resorptives.
"... bone formation with romosozumab is predominantly modeling-based, so prior antiresorptive therapy might be expected to influence the bone-forming ability of romosozumab to a lesser degree."
There's a chart in the report showing the efficacy of Evenity after treatment with alendronate, denosumab, and without pre-treatment.

I did 5+ years of Fosamax before switching to an anabolic so I am concerned about how effective it will be. Sadly, it seems that being that long on alendronate is likely to diminish gains on teriparatide.
So the good news is that her doctor is at least recommending the one anabolic treatment that may work better.
