Curious why the Psychiatrist would say that since Klonopin is an Anticonvulsant and Seizures generally are long term.

@jakedduck1 @rascal1, @grandmar klonapin is also used as an anti anxiety at times. I have dispensed it as a prn many times. BW

Good morning!
I never asked. The only thing I could think of is that since it is not being used for those purposes, it might not be beneficial, in the long run, to use it for emotional issues.
Could be the dosage and how often it is used in the course of the day?
I'm just guessing, but it is a good question that I will ask when I get a new psychiatrist.
