So here’s what I include in my workouts…

Stationary bike
Treadmill
Adduction and abduction
Thigh leg extensions
Seated leg press

Each exercise is dependent on your current strength and conditioning.

I also do bicep curls, flat bench dumbbell press and bench press.

Do all of the above on two days rest third.

Not always exactly the same adjusting depending on particular body pain.
