@kforrest This new pain in the left abdomen is definitely something to bring up during your pre-op appointment this week. I have osteoarthritis in my lower back and hips and sometimes I feel pain in the groin area but this is usually after doing something active. It's a confusing sensation to me as it only started to occur after a total hip replacement and hysterectomy. A pelvic floor physical therapist explained how the removal and rearrangement of my pelvic floor contributes to these aches. She also gave me stretching exercises, based on yoga, to do at home.

What is the plan for surgery? I am sending you positive energy as you meet for this appointment.
