I just wrote a long comment that disappeared. I guess it wasn't supposed to be. Just know you are not alone and I now know I am not alone. A lifetime (my parents first consulted a doctor when I was 5) of frequent to near constant to constant headaches has been my life. I just try to ignore them as much as possible, using ice, steam, darkness, and quiet when needed,and acetaminophen as a last resort. I just refuse to stop living my life because headache pain keeps nagging at me.
