I'm scheduled for Pluvicto treatment 1 on 21 March. My wife and I have been searching for 'real' information - practical answers to real questions. appreciate any help:
1. What do patients do to sit on fabric furniture? (tarp, blanket, nothing??)
2. Wipe surfaces down with ??? Lysol? Simple Green? commercial cleaners?
3. Thoughts on food - any recommendations - positive or negative
4. Interesting post on the car air conditioner being on outside, not recirculating. Don't home HVAC units recirculate inside air?
5. Any hair loss?

thanks. Believing for the best, and believing His report.

I missed your concerns on item 5. No, no hair loss from Pluvicto, unlike chemotherapy. Pluvicto targets only each individual prostate cancer cell throughout the body. Chemo attacks rapidly replicating cells, which includes cancer, hair, finger & toe nails. As listed in Pluvicto literature, the PSMA 617 portion of this treatment often hits your saliva glades (there are 3). I still have some "spit", although my mouth is a little dryer than it use to be. Don't worry about it, a minor price to pay for living longer.
