Hi @stormpassing, I haven't seen any mention of NAC for neuropathy but a quick search of Connect lists a couple of discussions in other groups on N-acetylcysteine (NAC) that might be helpful while you wait for other members to respond.

There does seem to be some research on the supplement:

I heard about it through Donovan hair clinic that stated as potentially helpful for scalp dysesthesia and then I saw a paper on it as potentially useful for neuropathy.
