Hey everyone I know I already commented my regiment for the mucus but I started something a couple days ago…
Olive Oil!…after reading some benefits of olive oil I’ve been drinking a tablespoon before I go to bed. Tonight will be the 4th night, I will keep you updated!
So far the mucus hacks up much easier and so far there is less of it…if any of decide to try it please share your results! I’m hoping it’s not just my imagination lol.
My Italian bloodline might be helpful for not minding the taste but give it a shot…1-2 tablespoon per day is also good to fight constipation and several other things.

I do the same every morning there is so many benefits with the extra olive oil and some brands are way more potent than others. It even helps with preventing cavities- I know a wellness doctor that takes his finger and actually does a light brush over his teeth before he takes his shot of it.

I have been taken it for about a year now. Just be aware it also might limit the weight gain as I think that is the reason I am not gaining all my weight back as fast as I want, and I can basically eat anything and am an avid weightlifter.
