Aspirin and PCa is a new one on me.
Of course, inflammation is a key issue behind many ailments.
Many high antioxidants foods and spices are also helpful towards reducing inflammation.
I discovered that some of the side effects of my weight reducing diet/exercise program included elimination of my chronic shoulder inflammation and winning a 17 year old battle against sleep apnea…I used a CPAP machine all those years….a recent sleep study, after implementing my program, indicated it was not necessary any more.
Like I said, there’s a lot more to life than worrying about low risk PCa…so adopting lifestyle changes can turn many other ailments on their head.
I kid around with those who ask me about what PCa treatment I decided upon. I like to say that instead of RP (Radical Prostatectomy) I chose RL (Radical Lifestylectomy). 😉
