I would ask your PCP or neurologist about trying Verapamil ER 120mg, if you could give it a try. I was having vertigo so bad that I couldn't walk, the room spinned like in the wizard of oz movie.
I was having other problems recently and went off it for two weeks and my head started feeling "funky" and had to turn my head slowly. I went back on it and it has improved again. I don't know if it will help everyone like it has helped me, but maybe worth a try. I haven't had vertigo since starting the Verapamil. I do still suffer with migraines, but no spinning. I hope you find relief.
