Thank you, this makes sense, but it is so messy. My doctor want me to avoid panty liners and instructs me not to wear underwear to bed. I am annoyed at the greasy stains some of these ointments cause on my clothes. Any advice to avoid that? Probably not, but relief comes with a price, I suppose.

Is avoiding panty liners and not wearing underwear to bed helping? If so, I would do that. If not, try something else.

For the process I suggested, you would only need to wear them at night. I wear panty liners 24/7 because I have a neurogenic bladder with tiny amounts of urine leakage. I don't have yeast infections, irritation to my labia, or any of the things they can cause. Here are two options for cotton breathable panty liners. I hope you figure things out! It takes a lot of experimenting.

I’m still wearing liners. My doctor didn’t tell me. Slwwpinng with no underwear drives me crazy. Plus I wear loose fitting shorts two sizes two big. The neuropathy has moved into my bladder and sometimes if I don’t have a liner I get wet. Plus I get sweaty between my legs.
