My long COVID is exacerbated by the flu...it is going around our area. I sleep so much, have phantom sounds, vision, I itch and get muscle twitching. This happens when a bout is coming triggered by PEM, extreme weather and flu etc.
I am very discouraged because no doctor knows what to do.
I have had Long COVID for about three and a half years.
Finally, I have tried ivermectin, nicotine patches, Vitamin C & Arginine and Kratom to no avail.
