Sorry yes it's a t-score for lower spine and it was done on a dexa in 2023 and then I had another one in 2024 that's when it showed 2.4 at the same place. Then I had the infusion and I went to a new place and they did a CT scan/bone density test and it came up 4.4. I haven't had a appointment with the endocrinologist that ordered this yet that's next month so I can find out what the reason for that was question hopefully that helps I'm kind of new to this

My understanding is you must have your DEXA done at the same place as the machines are calibrated differently from site to site. My endocrinologist said I was to have the DEXA scan done at the same place as it will be a true reading of bone health and whether it has improved or not.
