@brightwings- That must have been tough to throw your son out, even if you had to. Tough love reflects the name chosen to describe this. May I direct this conversation to the depression and anxiety group so others can benefit from you experience?
With so many posts and groups, keeping things separated helps mentors and moderators respond to people more easily! Please help us out this way.

Merry, I respect what you are saying. My life experiences and my recovery from my life has given me the ability to help many people who are struggling with life.
I adopted a ME FIRST POLICY a couple of months ago and I am sticking to it.
Bright Wings.
Now if you want to point folks my way to read my healing methods, hey, that's great.
I actually would like to start a different thread with my healing tips but again, with no way to copy and paste, its not possible to start. If this changes in the future, I will jump right in and copy and paste away.
But at this point Reguarding energy, I do not give what I do not have.
Since you have been on chemo, I know you understand this. At this point, I am respectfully going to tell you I don't have the time or energy to rewrite so many things in so many different places. I do not have internet, only my phone. So I can not copy and paste.
Right now I am fiercely guarding how much energy I have and I also guard how I use it because of my MS.
