Hi jet jockey, I agree that PN is here to stay, however there are things you can do for yourself that help the progress to stay at a monimal. Shoes to me are important, high arches and supportive shoes are a must. Also exercise is the key to keeping PN from excelerating at a fast pace. I have had PN for 8 yrs and been dealing with the lack of balance for over 2 yrs. I do exercise and do balance exercises and swim everyday in summer. I like to think all of these things combined have helped. Gotta push hard to keep moving and keep this awful disease at bay. Best Wishes to all.......Are you a pilot?
