Trimix has been the only way I have been able to get an erection after RP in 2024. But be aware that it may take one or more purchases of the potion to get to the right formula that works for you. I've had to test two different mixes to find the right formula. Just be sure you re-freeze the vial between uses that will extend the 30-day life that the compounding pharmacy notes on the packaging.

I’ve been using Trimix since my surgery a year ago occasionally I can get a decent erection but I can’t feel anything which discourages me from continuing, I want an implant but not without ability to have an orgasm. I’ve said this before but will say it again if I knew my ability to make love with my wife for 40 hrs I would choose quality of life and never would have gone through hell of surgery radiation and hormone shots at 79 I’d choose 5 more years of a normal life can’t live forever
