No new signs of any cancer activity other than the suspected ones on my third and fourth ribs. Going to talk with the radiation oncologist on Thursday. From what I read on the PSMA-PET report, the lesions got smaller. I didn’t know, and nobody told me, that it can take some time for cancer cells to die after SBRT.

Yeah, it’s a slower process than we’d like; the radiation doesn’t out and out kill the cells, but damages the DNA so they can’t replicate.
Then, because it’s bone, it takes a while for that eaten out portion to remineralize and fill in so that on either Xray or PET, the original highlighted area appears smaller.
