What you describe is exactly what I’ve been experiencing but didn’t know how to describe. I had occipital cervical surgery to T2 in Jan of 2022. I went through several months of dizziness, nausea and vomiting constantly for several months anyone being able to tell me what’s happening. I haven’t been able to describe the sensations I have but was in complete agreement with how you describe it! I wish I could tell you who helped me but no one has yet!
