I did not know PAE could have those kind of complications nor that might have to be redone. Have you considered a HoLEP? I had that done a few years ago and it has been a great solution for me.

I have no financial conditions to do a HOLEP, and I´m afraid of strictures which always happens with HOLEP. And I was told that it´s a very blood surgery
