Bimix, nope. On to Trimix
I finally got in to see the ED specialist. She said we should start with Bimix and then see. Kit came into the office, and she showed me how to inject, and it only achieved, in her words, and after she felt the erection, at 40%. She said that was not good and ordered my first Trimix dose. I'm waiting on that now.
Does/did anyone else have this?

In the beginning...5 years ago my wife and I were taught how to use the BI-MIX and once home it wasn't working and I would get hard lumps on my penis. My doctor had us come back and said we were not injecting right and retrained and it has worked ever since. I hope the Tri Mix works for you...it's frustrating to think our natural life activity has come to using such measures to be "normal".
Yes, the frustration is real. I have used a vacuum pump to exercise the penis, and she told me to do it 2-3 times. week, but also for the first 2 weeks inject trimix 2-3 times a week, once I get it.
Trimix is definitely the right medication for ED have been using it for nearly a year. Your challenge will be in identifying the right level of the medication. As I was first prescribed a standard Trimix but had to increase the dosage with every use to nearly 50 units over several uses to reach the desired result. My urologist told me at the start if I got to that level that he would prescribe a heavy-duty double dosage that did the trick with a 10-unit injection every time since. But you have to pay for a new vile every time to test find the proper mix that will work for you. Just make sure to refreeze the vile every time to extend the life of the fluid 30 days shelf life. when it starts to get older you will need to increase the dosage. It's a journey wish you the best!
