Anyone have side effects after Lanreotide injection?

Before I was put on Lanreotide I had no symptoms
Lanreotide gave me such a horrible array of symptoms that after 3 injections I had to stop
I started octreotide had some side effects but nothing like lanreotide

I appreciate your reply to @dbmenger about your difficulties with Lanreotide and Octreotide. It helps to see that everyone reacts differently to medications.

How are you feeling these days, sophiarose?

Thank you for telling me this! I felt like a wimp because of my array of symptoms, especially because I didn’t understand the need for the injection in the first place. One symptom was sufficient to condemn me to abject misery that I’m still waiting to go away.
Luckily I have till mid-April before my oncologist makes her next decision.
