Two years ago I had my prostate removed with Da Vinci laparoscopic surgery. The doctor, who had done many of these surgeries prior to mine, assured me that he was able to spare my erection nerves. Last summer, during my PSA review ( steady and very low) I questioned him about when I would experience a natural erection again. I had achieved them through a VED and Trimix, but nothing else. He said I likely am as healed as I will ever be and will never have one naturally again. I can't accuse him of malpractice because it was made very clear to me that this result would be possible. Glass half full- I am cancer free. Glass half empty- the only way to have an erection now is by artificial means. Life has its challenges, doesn't it?

I agree. I tried the Trimix, but finally got an implant and it is great. Both my wife and I love it. It is expensive, but if you get a doctor's recommendztion, it can be covered by health insurance. Good luck.
