I did spend $600 on orthotics and they did not help so I went back to the podiatrist. The orthotics were redone with the small soft bump which made all the difference. A podiatrist would know what I mean. I had pain in the ball of my foot, as well as metatarsal arthritis and neuropathy. Hope this helps as foot pain is terrible.
