I am 81 & refuse surgery. Does PT give much pain relief & for how long?

I just had my second cortisone injection. Mine is in 2/3 so very high up in my cervical spine. I had my first injection in May of '23 and it helped a lot so waiting to see if I can go another year or so with this one. They don't consider surgery at all unless you have numbness which I don't just awful pain
