I think those symptoms are pretty common with people with aneurysms because things get pretty congested in the chest. As I understand it, an expanded aorta can press against the esophagus. I'm at 4.8 and will experience occasional discomfort if I eat a big meal. As others said, if it is a persistent problem, it might be a good idea to speak to your doctor.
