If you are in the pre diabetic category like I am, you might want to look into the Metabolic Syndrome. It does have a lot of connections with autoimmune and other conditions like neuropathy. Here are a few references:

Thankyou so much! I do think it is some kind of Autoimmune/Metabolic disease. I was in such good shape before this happened. I know you can still get pre diabetes even if you really take care of yourself though. I think this was brought on by covid/Autoimmune. I must be presenting different Than most people though because the Best Doctors in my area just can't figure it out.
