Hello! I still have not figured out what it is, but it may be small fiber neuropathy. Do you have an Autoimmune Disease, Have Covid or are you insulin resistant? I am trying to figure out if possibly one of these things is bringing it on. I don't have diabetes, but am pre diabetic because of either covid or whatever brought all of this on. Maybe an undiagnosed Autoimmune. I have had thyroid disease for a long time, but I have many symptoms of NeuroSjogrens.We also have tons of Lupus in the Family.

If you are in the pre diabetic category like I am, you might want to look into the Metabolic Syndrome. It does have a lot of connections with autoimmune and other conditions like neuropathy. Here are a few references:
