@marileenewman Welcome to our Gynecological Cancers Support Group. We have a wonderful group who are supportive and provide helpful information from their own experiences. I'd like to offer my sincere "well done" on what you have been through since the ovarian cancer stage 3C diagnosis and learning you are BRCA2.
While we wait for others to respond may I ask a few questions?
1. What are the recommendations of your oncologist/cancer care team regarding continued treatment? Do they recommend you go back on a PARP inhibitor? Here is a recent report from Mayo Clinic that includes information on PARP inhibitors

2. Are you interested in seeking another medical opinion on where to go from here? Are you located in the U.S. If yes, here is a website where you can locate a National Cancer Institute Designated Cancer Center. Mayo Clinic is one of these centers but there are others all across the U.S.
3. When is your next appointment with your oncologist?
4. How are you feeling today?
Hi, thanks for your questions, answers below:
1. My onc thinks no more PARP in any situation. I disagree.
2. Yes I am.
3. next week.
4. Good, still 12 days post op from my preventative mastectomy, but ok.
