Ha ha! I’m a women and didn’t realize cialis is for men! 😂

What I do think is helpful from a medication like this is improved blood flow. Any improvement of blood flow and circulation helps get oxygen around to blood vessels. When I had iron deficiency, my SFN was worsened due to poor oxygen circulation. When I was treated for iron deficiency and it improved, my SFN improved, along with taking alpha Lipoic acid, acetyl l carnitine and magnesium supplements.

Heat and inflammation also aggravated my SFN so anything to reduce inflammation helps, too.

@dlydailyhope - Absolutely, the improved circulation of blood flow helps enormously - not only with oxygen but also with nutrients that need to go to the small veins and capillaries closest to the nerves. I am blessed to have been introduced to the BEMER treatments through my physical therapist (who is a sports specialist - myokinesthetist). That is precisely what this is designed to do. Last year I invested in my own BEMER system, and recommend it highly. It's expensive but my goal is to stay independent in my own home which is way less costly than having to settle into an assisted living. situation.
I'm so glad your iron deficiency treatments helped!!
