I did get a PSMA scan done 11 months ago and it was clear. I just don’t know why the PSA goes up and down and up and down . It’s been doing this during my 18 year journey. Im Seeing my oncologist in a week.

Had a guy in the Ancan.org advanced prostate cancer weekly meeting last week. He had his prostate surgery 30 years ago. He has a Gleason nine. His PSA is now 170 but a PSMA pet test shows nothing.
His PSA has always been a little high, but his cancer has never seemed to reoccur. Could be yours is nothing, Or could be telling you about future problems?
So crazy nobody is the same with prostate cancer.

Still a LOT we don’t know about this disease. It could be your own immune system beating it down and then it slowly rises….rinse, repeat.
I don’t think a PSE test would help since you have no prostate and had salvage therapy as well; PSA has to be coming from cancer cells, but as pointed out, either weak clones or not very aggressive ones at this point.
