Appreciate your response. As I mentioned in my original posting, many of the comments / reviews I found online were that the product is just another scam.

Had hoped that I would have been able to see a specialist at Mayo in the Jacksonville Clinic but was told that they are not taking any new patients.

You mentioned you had a laminectomy and spinal fusion a few years ago and that's when the neuropathy pain symptoms started. @jenniferhunter started a discussion on Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) that has helped people with pain from many different conditions.
