Options to consider

Get a PSMA pet test to see if any metastasis

If you get 3 rises in a row it is usually an issue to address with the doctor

Get more frequent tests, at the least every 3 months

Your cancer appears to be very slow growing. You may outlive it doing nothing,

I did get a PSMA scan done 11 months ago and it was clear. I just don’t know why the PSA goes up and down and up and down . It’s been doing this during my 18 year journey. Im Seeing my oncologist in a week.
