How long have you been diagnosed with neuropathy? Are you on any treatments?

Two weeks ago I started alpha lipoic acid and turmeric with ginger. I was in constant horrible pain most of the time. The only thing that helped was thc/cbd gummies. I have not had any or very little pain since I started the new gummies! I also got some magnesium lotion which works on the lighter pain. I’m hopeful that this relief continues. My main focus is to work on my balance. I am using a walker full time. I have broken a hip and an arm so I’m terrified to chance it…

my neuropathy began in 2018.
The medical community, Rutland Regional Med ctr, Dartmouth, and Mass General have no clue what caused it and how to fix it. I have tried every pain med available without any improvement. There is a new med coming to the market call Journavx. It is a non-opioid. My Doctor at Dartmouth wrote a script for me and it is not yet available. He does not know that it will not be available for chronic conditions and will cost $600. per month

I have taken cayenne pepper for trigeminal neuralgia. Works well.
Turmeric is good too. So have started taking both together. Good luck.

I was diagnosed trigeminal neuralgia after dental work. Went off tegretol because of ATAXIA. Been taking cayenne pepper for months as it does not damage liver. And no ataxia. Taking tumeric as well for last 3 days . Waiting for an expensive MRI. .Good luck. James

I make a fresh turmeric and ginger tonic concentrate and drink it daily to manage inflammation, nausea, and brain health. I've been doing this for at least ten years. That and an antiinflammatory diet have helped keep inflammation levels low, which supports all aspects of my health.
