Are you going to take strontium renelate or strontium citrate? I am not sure they have the same effect on bone. I listened to a podcast about strontium citrate. He said it doesn't fill in the bones like calcium. I also know from my sister taking it and then quitting that you lose all the density you gained when you stop. I hope it works for you. I am still apprehensive about fracture risk.
