mscott9817, I am so sorry. My thoughts are you possibly have asthma. I would go to a pulmonologist and get a pulmonary function test done. My asthma worsened after COVID. Some people have worsened COVID with cooler temps....some with warmer temps.

A good place to start is your primary doctor. He actually can diagnose this if its asthma or refer you to a pulmonlogist. He may put you on a rescue inhaler or a Nebulizer. They help tremendously. I already had asthma and it worsened with COVID.

Not to discourage you, but, it sounds like you may have Long COVID. Fatigue is one of the main symptoms of Long Covid. There are Long Covid Recovery Clinics all over. You may want to go to one and get a proper diagnosis.

COVID can do some crazy things to your body. Have you been to your doctor about your leg pain?

Blessings & Prayers for you to get better....

I went to urgent care a few times after I was first diagnosed. They gave me referrals for a pulmonologist. The leg pain they sent me for imagining. I wasn’t able to follow up that route because nobody seems to take me insurance through Local 3 in NY down here in Florida.
My husband is changing his local to here so I’ll be able to find primary care Dr. For now I’ve been trying to holistic approaches but half the time I don’t remember what I just read so it ends up not being helpful. The fatigue and total exhaustion makes it so hard to get normal task done at this point.
All the long covid drs I found so far cost a lot out of pocket because they don’t take insurance.
