Yes the exact same for me! I had it back around 2021/2022 also and ever since. I have committed to my mission for answers and to see if there is some type of ease for this. Or cure! Went ti holistic doctor he recommended supplements

I’m not sure if I have felt a difference of it going away maybe it was a little bit helpful, but at times I doubted it so I’m not 100% if the supplements helped

I had the phlegm, too. I saw a post on here that said their respirologist told them it was because their upper sphincter was not working properly and the throat was cocooning the larynx to prevent damage from acid travelling up into the throat. Do you have a history of excess acid? I do.
