Yes....with long term sores you have to stay on top of them....do you have a derm or an ENT that knows how to ''read'' OLP sores? Another spice I have to stay away from is cinnamon....go figure, eh! Congrats on turning 80.

Right now I am relying on my 3 dentists. ( My daughter and son-in-law and my local dentist) I was biopsied by an Oral Surgeon and seen by a Dental Professor at the University.
My Derm moved during Covid ... so I am missing anyone I trust in that department. I had not considered an ENT... good thought.
I'd hate to give up Cinnamon! So far so good there!
