No, not yet. My dentist wants me to keep treating it and then she will send me to an oral surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Did they tell you how to treat your Lichen Planus?

I have Dexamethosone Expectorant, rinse for 2 minutes and spit out. It has worked for me although I went through, recently, a week with sore gums and also roof or mouth. My bone density has decreased which causes jaw bone problems such as geater space between the teeth where meat and other large food items can get caught. The dentist told me to use the Waterpick to flush the food away from my teeth. My ENT told me to use baking soda to brush teeth. Hope this helps, FYI" Dexamethosone is by Rx only.
