Keytruda/Lenvima - positive results?

Has DNA sequencing been done on your tumor? That is sometimes the ticket into a clinical trial, although ascites that has to be drained sometimes disqualifies you. (I had some ascites when I started my first clinical trial, but I didn't need to get it drained.)

Has it been tested for HER2? High levels of HER 2 would qualify you for Enhertu, which works for some people.

But I would think the Drs at Moffitt would suggest both these things and more. My (non-medical) feeling is that you need to start something ASAP. If Lenvima/Keytruda is what is available soonest, that might be the best choice. Hopefully that will improve things at least somewhat and give you time to think about what your next option will be.

We're you completely off treatment for the last 4-6 weeks?

Hi, I was drained in Feb but ever since I have had no such issues again. I am HER2 neg and MMR mismatch. I was on fasoldex/verzinio for 3 months (dec-Feb) and it actually made my CA125 double form 250 to over 500. Waste of time and wiped me out. I do feel somewhat better since Feb 17 but maybe only due to having stopped that awful faslodex/verzinio
