Me again! Have these changes been acute or insidious (over time). have you started taking any vitamins, supplements etc on your own?

Nope. I don't take any medication. I did stop taking OTC pain relievers entirely a while back now. No vitamins or anything. The symptoms came on roughly all at once, but the thigh pains and stuff were gradual. The neurological fuzz/dizziness/vertigo feeling is hard to describe, but that came all at once. It has phases of intensity, too.
