@sarah314 I agree that the pain you have in your mouth and jaw may be related to your neck. I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) which makes my neck tight along with having had a whiplash long ago and having had cervical spine surgery 8 years ago. The muscular problems from these conditions do affect the alignment of my jaw (like TMJ) and when one side is tight, I will get pain in my mouth, jaw or teeth. I think a physical therapist may be able to help you if you are having issues with muscular alignment.
