Did you get a MRI of your cervical spine and lumbar spine? Does it show degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, compression of spinal cord or nerve roots (checking for radiculopathy/myelopathy)? Have you seen an orthopedic spine specialist?

Did your neurologist do EMG/nerve conduction studies of your upper and lower limbs? Did they do a skin punch biopsy of your thigh/calf/ankle to test for small fiber neuropathy?

Your symptoms seem tied to central/peripheral neuropathy.
