Is low-grade radiation necessary after a complete hysterectomy?
Endometrial cancer grade 2-3 grade. I also have an aortic aneurysm. I had breast cancer in 2011 with enternal radiation in my breast. Melanoma stage 2 in 1999. Plus 2 other skin Cancer on my face: squamous cell and basal cell.

Sandra, I can understand with your history of breast cancer, melanoma and skin cancer, along with the aortic aneurysm that you want to consider your options carefully.
Have you consulted with your cardiologist about the impact radiation may have? Has your cancer team been able to share pros and cons of radiation vs no radiation in your case?
@mamosande I read your profile and it looks like your endometrial cancer surgery was very recent. Is that accurate? You've really been through a lot in the past 15 years. While we wait for others to respond may I ask a few questions?
Do you know the type of endometrial cancer? The stage? You indicated FIGO Grade 2-3? Is that accurate? Some endometrial cancers are more aggressive than others and so how and when you decide on more treatment will depend on the type and the stage.
