It is unbelievable how much information is out there, all of it so confusing and depressing. My grandparents used to grow almost all of fruits and veggies, they used to eat them and never had kidney stones, they lived through the late 90’s. One thing they didn’t do was smoking or drinking alcohol. They were very active. I have been eating amost everything mentioned on that list for years. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. Every 6 months I have a check up with my PCP. There’s going to be a point that people will be only taking pills, no food.

@naiviv you sound really frustrated. Unfortunately the post from @jakeduck1 with the list of “foods to eat sparingly” is not showing up in my thread. The discussion started in 2019, contains posts from 2022 then yours. At least that is how my thread looks. Do you have kidney or bladder issues (since that is the group that this discussion is part of? If so, how are you taking care of it?
