How is the brain inflammation detected?

Does your degree of walking change/fluctuations?

I was hospilized for a week, sent home barly able to walk and given a walker.
My dignosis was simply ataxia.

My walking has declined for 4 years. I am not confined to a walker, mostly due to dizziness. I had COVID in 2020 and have steadily gone downhill with little help from the medical community. I have recently been going to the Cleveland Clinic and they are trying. Great place

Mayo ran multiple Mri, etc and blood tests showing active autoimmune, covid antibodies leading to long Covid complication known as "Central Sensitization ". Your nerve networks become unable to communicate with your brain. Your legs aren't the culprit, your message system is.
